Terms & Conditions
Effective October 21, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern access to yatstats.com and its school-specific YAT?STATS baseball communities, including optional fan memberships and text message subscriptions. By using the website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Optional text messages require your separate affirmative consent.
1. About the YAT?STATS service
YAT?STATS provides information and community features relating to high-school baseball, alumni playing in college and professional baseball, player profiles, stories, statistics, and participating programs. Information may come from third-party sources or fan contributions, and may be incomplete, delayed, or changed. YAT?STATS is not an official governing body or a guarantee of athletic results, recruiting opportunities, sponsorship outcomes, or player status.
2. Fan accounts and Home School
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping sign-in credentials secure. Each fan account has one Home School, used to associate your fan identity with its school community. Paid Super Fan features, where offered, may provide additional access, as described at the point of purchase.
Do not impersonate other people, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use YAT?STATS for harassment, spam, or unlawful activity. We may restrict access or remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or community safety requirements.
3. Fan content and intellectual property
If you upload memories, photographs, comments, or other content, you represent that you have the right to contribute them and that doing so will not violate others' privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights. You grant YAT?STATS permission to host, display, format, moderate, and share submitted content within the service for its community features. You retain ownership rights you otherwise hold in your original content.
The YAT?STATS name, platform design, and other owned materials remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party team marks, photographs, statistics, and linked materials may be subject to their owners' rights. Do not reproduce or redistribute protected material without authorization.
4. Paid memberships and services
Free Fan registration is available where offered. Super Fan memberships or optional products may involve recurring charges. Pricing, billing frequency, renewal conditions, and cancellation options are described during checkout and in applicable purchase terms. You authorize the payment method you select to be charged for purchases you affirmatively complete. Contact info@yatstats.com for billing support.
5. YAT?STATS text messaging terms
Program name and sender: YAT?STATS. School-specific descriptions such as "HAMILTON BASEBALL powered by YAT?STATS" identify the Home School community that a fan follows within the YAT?STATS-operated messaging program.
Program description: With your explicit consent, YAT?STATS may send non-promotional messages such as subscribed player updates and community alerts. A separate, optional marketing consent may allow promotional messages about events, sponsorships, fundraising opportunities, and other YAT?STATS offers related to the Home School community.
How to join: At an eligible YAT?STATS registration page, provide a mobile number and choose the specific informational and/or promotional SMS boxes you want. Both boxes are optional and unchecked by default. Registering, submitting a telephone number, signing up for email, or purchasing a membership does not itself constitute SMS consent.
Message frequency varies according to your selected communication categories and available updates. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase or account registration.
Opt out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe from YAT?STATS text messages. This opt-out applies to texts from the YAT?STATS sending number, not solely to one individual alert.
Get help: Reply HELP for assistance or email info@yatstats.com for customer support.
Delivery: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on the carrier, device, and other factors outside YAT?STATS' control.
For our handling of mobile numbers and messaging consent, see the YAT?STATS Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Email and other communications
Service notices, email preferences, and text message consent are distinct. Where required, promotional email uses separate permissions and provides a way to unsubscribe. Opting into email does not automatically authorize SMS messages.
7. Links, partners, and external information
YAT?STATS may link to third-party statistics sources, school communities, commerce services, social media, or sponsor websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of websites we do not operate. References to a school, team, player, league, or sponsor do not by themselves imply endorsement, affiliation, or official approval.
8. Availability and limitations
We work to keep YAT?STATS accessible and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted operation, complete statistics, or permanent availability of any feature. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis, and we disclaim warranties not expressly required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Age and permissions
The account and messaging services are not intended for children under 13. Anyone under the age of majority should participate with appropriate parent or guardian involvement. Obtain necessary permissions before uploading material that depicts or identifies others, including minors.
10. Changes and contact
